The question that must be asked is, what am I going to say and how many times am I going to post this on Twitter? That's what you have to ask in order to find out what you're going to say. What helps the most is learning what people are into on Twitter and how they respond to such information.
It's never enough to just mention a site or tell them to click here to make money. It's a bit more extended than that. You must use language that people can identify with so they aren't as opposing to what you are offering.
This will help you gain exposure and ultimately get you some sales. However, you must know what you are offering and put in some effort to reach out to people by speaking that market's language.
